It was time to reorganize, redesign and consolidate UnitedHealthcareOnline.com and UHCWest.com into a single source for administrative guides, policies, and protocols.

Working within—and expanding on—United Healthcare’s established brand guidelines, we focused on building a secure, welcoming experience backed by clean UX and a consistent pattern library capable of lifting up the sometimes dense content.
